Terms and Conditions of Hire

Hereafter All Poshed Up Limousines shall be known as the company and the person confirming the booking shall be known as the hirer. It will be deemed that the hirer accepts responsibility himself/herself for every person in his/her party and fully agree to the conditions of hire as follows.

All bookings are by pre-booking only and must be confirmed within 7 days, with a deposit before it is accepted as a confirmed booking. The balance must be paid 14 days prior to the hire if payment is by cheque, or in cash prior to the commencement of the journey.

In the event of cancellation, any deposit will be forfeited. However, in unavoidable circumstances e.g. bereavement, deposits may be refunded at the sole discretion of the company. The same conditions shall apply to the balance.

No responsibility can be accepted for adverse weather conditions (snow etc.) which may cause delay or cancellation by the company.

Whilst every effort is afforded, no responsibility can be accepted for any breakdown howsoever caused, however every effort will be made to continue the journey or a refund will be given.
